Soft Rebels

Soft Rebels work with Thomas Frahm on demand planning and their NOOS goal through BZIMPLE 360°. This is the consultancy side of Fashion Planner: the planning routine and the decisions behind it, without the platform underneath.

Soft Rebels

The engagement

Planning expertise, not a software rollout

Soft Rebels do not run the Fashion Planner platform. What the engagement buys is the planning work itself: Thomas works with the team on demand planning and on the NOOS goal, so the numbers behind each buying decision are ones the business is willing to act on.

Demand planning

What the coming weeks and months are expected to sell, per product option, so purchasing and sales work from one expectation rather than two spreadsheets.

The NOOS goal

What availability on never-out-of-stock products should look like, what that costs in stock, and whether the goal is actually being met.

A routine to keep

Which figures to look at, how often to look at them, and which deviations are worth reacting to — a cadence the team runs themselves between sessions.

Software is one possible answer here, not the starting point. Where Fashion Planner would remove real work it gets proposed; where the change in process is enough on its own, it stands on its own.

BZIMPLE 360°

The consultancy side of Fashion Planner

BZIMPLE 360° is advisory work on the planning process itself — who decides what, on which numbers, and how often. It is sold separately from the platform, and a brand can use either one without the other.

The routine first

How the planning week runs today: its cadence, the figures each decision rests on, and the hand-offs between purchasing and sales.

Then the numbers

Which demand signals are worth planning on, and how NOOS, seasonal, and limited products need to be treated differently from each other.

Tooling last

Where a system would take real work off the team it gets recommended. Where it would only add a licence, it does not.

Thomas Frahm

Who runs it

Thomas Frahm

Planning consultant, BZIMPLE

Thomas Frahm has worked with planning, forecasting, and replenishment in the textile and fashion industry since 2007. He has been responsible for purchasing at brands such as ONLY, Soya Concept, and hummel, and has helped numerous brands implement new planning systems and make them work inside the organisation.

He has also worked as a planning consultant for smaller brands, managing their NOOS and seasonal allocations week by week. The focus is business optimisation through data that is accessible and transparent, and close collaboration between purchasing, sales, and suppliers, so buying decisions can be made quickly and on solid ground.

Investing in NOOS and seasonal inventory is one of the riskiest parts of running a brand, and one of the largest in-season opportunities. For customers, products that can be restocked daily are a large part of what keeps the bottom line healthy.

Want the planning expertise without the platform?

BZIMPLE 360° runs on its own, and plenty of brands start there. If you would rather see the software first, a demo is the faster route.
