About

Built by planners who know how frustrating inventory planning can become

Fashion Planner is the combination of consultancy experience and software built around the practical reality of fashion planning.

Born from the frustration of being planners ourselves, we understand how difficult inventory planning becomes when teams spend too much time collecting data and too little time acting on it.

That is why we built a consultancy and software company focused on making planning simpler, smarter, and more effective for fashion, beauty, and interior brands.

We are not just a software vendor. We help companies build a stronger 360° approach around inventory investments, planning processes, and operational follow-up.

Fashion, beauty, and interior are where most of our work sits — they are not the whole list. See every industry we plan for

How we work

A practical mix of platform, process, and support

Planning and forecasting software tailored to the way fashion teams actually work

360° review of buying processes, workflows, and inventory decisions

Planning as a Service for periods with missing internal planning resources

Implementation support across data, ERP synchronization, forecasting, and order flow

Why customers work with us

The operating model behind Fashion Planner

The strongest value usually comes from combining better tools with better planning routines.

Built by planners

The solution is grounded in operational planning work rather than generic software assumptions.

Focused on inventory outcomes

The work is not only about forecasts. It is about better turnover, fewer stock risks, and smarter inventory investments.

Practical implementation

ERP data, planning cadence, reporting, training, and ordering flow all need to work together in practice.

Longer-term partnership

Customers can use Fashion Planner as a platform, an advisory partner, or a mix of both depending on their maturity and resources.

The people behind it

Planning practice on one side, the software on the other

Fashion Planner is small on purpose. The planning expertise and the platform sit close enough together that what is learned in one keeps shaping the other.

Demand planning expert, Fashion Planner

Planning consultant, BZIMPLE

Thomas has worked with planning and forecasting in the textile and fashion industry since 2007. He has held responsibility for purchasing at brands such as ONLY, Soya Concept, and hummel, and has helped a long list of brands put new planning systems into use and make them stick inside the organisation.

He also works as a planning consultant for smaller brands, running their NOOS and seasonal allocations week by week. Over the past seven years he has visited more than 100 of the largest brands in northern Europe, which is where most of what the platform does comes from.

He runs the advisory side of the business as well — the BZIMPLE 360° reviews, and the stretches where a brand needs someone to hold the planning itself for a while.

Søren Hylle

Developer and technical lead, Fashion Planner

Søren has built for the web professionally since 2000 and has worked with cloud platforms — Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS — since 2016. Fashion Planner is not his first multi-tenant SaaS product: he has built and run platforms in fields as different as time registration, education planning, and e-mobility, each with its own demands on data, scale, and reliability.

That background shapes how the platform is put together. A planning tool is opened every week by people who never set out to become software experts, so the user journey comes first — what a screen is for, which decision it supports, and how few steps it takes to get there. A great deal of the work goes into the interface and the experience around it, because a tool that is awkward to use quietly stops being used.

Building it next to the planning work rather than at a distance from it is the point. A question that comes up in a customer’s planning week can be in the product shortly after, instead of waiting for someone to translate it into a requirement first.
